We are so happy you have chosen to include us on your special day and we look forward to working together to create your wedding day glam. Canvas Beauty Bar is a collaboration of experienced, educated artists who will work with you one on one for the perfect, all-encompassing wedding experience. Canvas will create an environment of luxury and relaxation, and ensure a seamless beauty experience throughout the entire wedding process. Our culture of style will provide you with one of a kind, personalized services that will make your wedding day just as flawless and beautiful as you are.

Canvas Beauty Bar wants your day to be as effortless as possible, so please fill out the contract below to the best of your knowledge. A credit card number is required to hold any wedding reservations, the card will not be charged unless authorized. We reserve the right to charge for services booked rather than services performed in the event of a late wedding party, a no-show or a last minute cancellation.

Canvas Beauty Bar will accept cash or check on the day of services for the total that was quoted, or we can charge the card on file the 1st business day after the wedding. Who is the point of contact for this payment? Please provide email and phone number. *cash or check on the day of the wedding will be for the total amount quoted. Any additional services will be charged to the card on file the first business day after the wedding.

Booking Policy: Canvas Beauty Bar is always happy to accommodate any changes to the wedding contract when possible. To ensure your wedding party’s desired services, be sure to contact us ASAP and let us know of any last minute changes.

Late Arrivals: We ask that wedding parties arrive 15 minutes before services scheduled. In the event a party is running late, the stylist will always give the best service they can under the unexpected time restraints. Canvas reserves the right to charge for services books, rather than services performed in the event of late arrivals.

Cancellation Policy: Canvas Beauty Bar has a 14 day cancellation policy for weddings. Any cancellation request must be sent via email to CanvasBoone@gmail.com, so we have a record of it on file. If a cancellation is not made at least 14 days prior to the wedding date, we reserve the right to charge the card on file for services booked.

Bridal Trials: Trials are not included in the wedding package. However, Canvas Beauty Bar is happy to accommodate a trial for bridal services as an additional service before the big day! We cannot guarantee the stylist performing your trial will be available the day of your wedding. In the unlikely event of a stylist’s unavailability, we do ensure that each trial is documented, and your stylist will update the new stylist on everything to do with your wedding and the glam you loved.

Reserve Your Date: Booking a trial does not reserve the date for your wedding. We recommend submitting the wedding application to reserve the date prior to booking your trial.

Lashes: Lashes will be available for all makeup applications for an additional charge. Please see our pricing menu, or reach out to our wedding coordinator for exact prices.

Gratuities: Please note that gratuities are not included in our in-salon or our on-location pricing.

Tips for Perfection:

Be sure to come with DRY, clean, or “day old” dirty for your updo or practice.
Come with a clean and moisturized face for makeup applications.
Bring pictures so your stylist can see your favorite looks.
Bring any veil or hairpiece you would like incorporated in your style.
In order to have a flawless wedding day, please let the other members in your party know that we are on a carefully planned schedule.

By reading and submitting this contract, I insure that I have read and will abide by the policies outlined. I understand the card on file may be charged if cancellations are not made on time, and I acknowledge that I am responsible for payment of the total services indicated above. Extra fees, if applicable, will be added to the final bill.
