At Canvas Beauty Bar, we value your time and your stylists time, and strive to provide the best services possible. Our cancellation policy helps us manage our schedule effectively, and ensures we are able to get other clients in if you are unable to make your appointment. By scheduling your appointment, you are agreeing to the following policy :

1. 48-Hour Notice Requirement: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.

2. Late Cancellations or Rescheduling: If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, we reserve the right to either:
   a. Retain the deposit made for the appointment, or
   b. Charge 50% of the appointment cost to the card on file.

3. No Shows: If you have no-showed an appointment a total of 3 times, we reserve the right to charge the card on file for the full price of the appointment.
